The Redwood Empire Chapter was established in 1977 with the Counties of Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano, Mendocino, and Lake county included in our chapter's boundaries. Meetings are rotated through the chapter area to simplify transportation problems and to encourage participation and are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month (with some exceptions for special events).

Activities include monthly luncheon meetings with informational workshops sponsorship of educational programs, a variety of social events, and an annual statewide conference and equipment show.
